Annual meeting announcement
The annual meeting is scheduled for August 22, 2020.
This will be an early evening outdoor business and social meeting. The setup will accommodate safe distancing. Food and refreshments will be served.
If the meeting cannot be held at this time for safety reasons, the Association will reschedule to an Internet event.
- Food: Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Grilled Chicken and condiments (mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes), potato salad, baked beans. With grilled chicken you get wheat buns, and Swiss cheese.
- Beverages: Margaritas, beer, soft drinks, tea, water. You're welcome to bring your own.
UPDATE: As CoViD-19 death are spiking in Dallas County (July-August), for the safety of all involved, this meeting will not be held.
