A theft report was received at 6:00 AM this morning. At midday yesterday, a man wearing an ID badge, a "Walmart blue" hat, and a "Walmart blue" tote bag was filmed stealing a package from the porch of 5050 Westgrove minutes after it was delivered. Based on the gate logs and photos, it appears that both the FedEx and the thief's vehicle entered the community by tailgating behind someone. Amazon's Prime Days Sale was July 16-17. The Lakes of Bent Tree suffered mostly minor damages in this morning's storm. So far, the most significant appears to be a chimney cap (5062) and trees (5024, 5162) that were blown down. The majority of the tree damage was on the lakeside between 5024 and 5070 Westgrove.vThree homes reported leaks (groundwater, window, and flashing). The front and rear gates were inoperatble for a few hours. If you experience any building damages, please fill out a work order (see link at top of page) and send photos. If you have an urgent situation, please email the board. If you have an emergency situation, please call 911. Please help by moving dropped limbs and de
