One director steps down from board
One director tendered their resignation from the board at the end of October.
Brian Wenning stepped down after an unplanned relocation and a quick sale of his house. Brian was Board Secretary, he handed compliance issues (i.e., architectural control and rule enforcement) and, as a civil engineer, was gearing up to take over as project manager for the Building F foundation repair.
