Building "Community"

The July community party was good music, good food, good margaritas, and a great opportunity to meet our neighbors.

LBT social facilities have been modernized and expanded to accommodate social and sport events throughout the year - both large and small. The addition of cooking facilities, service house, and games in additional to the pool and tennis courts opens the door to many possibilities.

Special thanks to Dennis Bellotto and his volunteer committee for pulling all this together. Special thanks also to LBT contractors who went beyond the call to get things done and keep costs down. Felipe (landscaping, iron/fence work, gas line, painting), Alfonso (coping, concrete, brick, tile), Blake (pool resurfacing), and Carl McColluch (rewiring the entire area to meet code and safety standards). It was no small undertaking to repair the pool, the tennis courts, the pool house facilities, the landscaping and expand the services - there were many surprises.

  4. Robert,
Linda and I really this social event. Dennis and team outdid themselves to make it a fun and memorable evening. It was great visiting with new and old, no pun intended, neighbors and we look forward to doing this more often.

  5. Thanks guys for a wonderful party! It's obvious that lots and lots of hard work went into the planning and orchestration of the event. After being cooped up for so long, it was great seeing and visiting with old friends and meeting some of the new neighbors!!
