Annual meeting

The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, November 2nd, at 6:30 pm. This will be an early evening business and social meeting. Food and refreshments will be served.

The annual meeting is being permanently moved from its long-standing June date to November. This is being done to align with the association's fiscal year (January - December).

It is easier to predict the expenses (and dues rate) accurately if the board knows the insurance rates (27% of budget), which are set in November, and the reserve costs (23% of budget), which are based on mid-year Reserve Studies. With this information and other information on contract renewal rates, it is easier to budget accurately.

The board will distribute a mid-year report in July in place of the June meeting.

Mark your calendars for November 2nd at the Bent Tree Country Club.

    Apparently HOA dues are going up 25% as of January 2024. This exorbitant increase calls into question how the money is being managed.

Princeton has just informed the board (March 8th) that they will accept the claim and will process the community as a single entity.
