It's spring and everyone welcomes the wonderful gardening owners provide around their homes. Please be sure to submit your plans to the HOA before digging.
If you’re planning a repair or remodeling project (interior or exterior, including the atrium), please remember that an Architectural Change Request needs be submitted.
The Architectural Control Committee is in place to maintain exterior consistency, a consistent standard of quality, and to provide guidelines for safe modifications. There have been a number of remodeling calamities over the years that have been costly to resolve or presented downstream problems. Much has been learned over the years and the community has members with over 15 years of oversight in the community to provide guidance.
