Holiday property repairs

The following repairs are in process for breakdowns that have occurred in recent days. 

1. South exit gate: The vehicle gate safety loop (which prevents the gate from closing on car is not working) is malfunctioning. The gate is closed and should be repaired in 1-3 days. 
2. The south pedestrian gate lock is jammed and need to be repaired. The repair should be complete by the end of week. 
3. The dog park gate appears to have been kicked in from someone who didn't realize how to reach over and unlatch it. The repair should be complete before the holiday break. 
4. Landscape light at Knoll Trail and Westgrove: The malfunctioning light at the corner is strobing. The repair should be complete before the holiday break. 
5. The pool lights are out. It appears to be an underground wiring issue. The repair should be complete before the holiday break. 

It is unusual to have this many breakdowns in one month. Service is underway in all cases and the status updates will be posted here.

UPDATES:

12/15/23 10:00AM: South entry gate is open. The safety loop module has been replaced.

12/15/23 12:15 PM: The south pedestrian gate still down. Parts ordered. 

12/15/23 3:30 PM:  The dog park gate: Met with welder. Work scheduled for next week.

12/18/23 3:30 PM:  The dog park gate is working,  The gate has been repaired/welded 

12/20/23 0:00 AM:  The dog park gate was vandalized again.

12/20/23 3:00 PM:  The dog park gate is working,  The gate has been repaired/welded 

12/20/23 11:00 AM: Pool lights are repaired. 

12/22/23 1:00 PM: Parts ordered for landscape lights. The lights will not be repaired before the holidays.

12/27/23 5:00 PM: South Pedestrian Gate Lock has been replaced.

01/01/24 11:00 PM: Parts for landscape lights received.. The lights will not be installed withiun th enext 10 days.
