COVID-19: Pulling together as a community

Follow the experts’ advice.  Wash your hands. Do not touch your face. Clean your phone.

Clean incoming mail, packages, food, supplies.

We all need to exercise good infection control techniques and encourage others to do the same.

Tips for staying safe in our community.
A few contamination points in our community include the gate entry keypad, the pedestrian gate locks, and the pet stations.

  • When your guest or contractors come to visit, consider letting them know ahead of time to bring a Clorox wipe or at least a tissue for operating the keypad and then discard it carefully.

  • For residents, you might avoid the use of these locks and use your electronic gate controller to enter/exit the property by car or on foot.

  • The pet station lids can be opened by using an extra dog waste bag.

If you or any of our older or higher-risk residents need help with getting things from the store, we have younger volunteers in the community who want to help you. They can run to the store for you.

If we have a volunteer we can match with your need, we do what we can to make the match.  All of this will be confidential on a need-to-know basis.

If you are renting your home, please share this with your tenants. We do not have a mailing list for many renters. Any renter who wants to get on our mailing list can do so here: board@lakesofbenttree.com

We’re a strong community.

Let’s take care of each other.

And let’s stick together by staying apart.
