Earlier today, the community exit gate at Knoll Trail was struck by a FedEx vehicle, resulting in significant damage. As a result, the gates are currently inoperable and will remain down for an extended period while repairs are coordinated and the claim is settled. We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available. UPDATE [6-13-25]: The gate repair project has been put out to bid, and proposals have been requested from five different contractors. We’re seeking competitive pricing and availability to ensure we select the best option for quality, cost, and timely completion.
